“Installed Garage Door in Oct. Stuck in closed position. Called customer service, told can’t be covered by warranty today as they are closing for the holidays. Only way I can get it seen today will be to pay 390 dollars for emergency call. Be aware of this service provider.”

“Having used WR Engineering for maintenance on an ageing garage door previously they were first point of call after an accidental reversing impact. Their on-call technician asked for some photos to determine if it was worth a visit, with the resulting savings going to a necessary replacement. When we reached out to them on the next business day, they had the on-call notes in the system already to reference. Despite being a busy period for them, the whole team were exceptional with excellent communications on when they could quote, order and install a replacement as well as actively reaching out at our request when opportunities for earlier site visits presented. They ensured both parties were clear on what was being delivered in model, colour and finish in fulfilling expectations. Installation was seamless with both Mat L and Stephen clearing the remnants of the old system and upgrading to a new. With their experience, they powered through this making it appear effortless in some hot and humid weather, leaving the garage spotless and new system operating perfectly. Very pleased with continued quality and professionalism of the WR Engineering team.”
