My garage door roller motor started showing signs of strain and found WR Engineering through an internet search. Upon a short research on similar and nearby businesses, I decided to proceed with WR Engineering. And I’m glad that I did. Initially I wanted to make a non-urgent appointment for inspection however my partner felt that our garage door requires a more urgent attention. The staff at WR Engineering we’re able to accomodate our last minute appointment changes. In the end, we now have a superior (previously installed garage door motor was of poor and cheap quality) and locally made product and we are all about supporting the local economy. Our engagement with WR Engineering from start to finish was very pleasant and professional, from the young girl who served and dealt with our schedule and Enquiries professionally, to the young man who visited us onsite to replace our garage door motor, including additional garage door maintenance on the spot.
