The call was for a routine inspection/maintenance. Mark, the Technician, arrived promptly and checked the doors. He was efficient in carrying out the inspection and found that the tilt arm kits in the large door should be changed. A quote for this work has been received. The cost of $1816.00 for supply and installation is thought to be a lot higher than expected and at this stage while the motor is still doing its work properly, we will put off the repair.
