I had an automatic garage door installed by WR Engineering quite a number of years ago & the installation process went smoothly & was competitively priced at that time. For many years, I never experienced any problems at all with the door - it all operated very smoothly & I just had some regular "check-up" servicing done by WR Enginering when required. Earlier this year, one of the doors' arms broke, so the door could not open or otherwise function properly, & could not be pushed open manually either. Following a call to WR Engineering, a visit was promptly arranged within a day or 2, to take a look at the door & try to fix it on the spot, if possible. The 2 repair staff that attended from WR Engineering were very pleasant & helpful. They turned up at the allotted time & were able to fix the dor on the spot & much more quickly than I had expected. They also confirmed they had given the door a "general service" as well (which was a nice bonus - as it was probably in need of a general service). Everything now appeared to be working well. Before they left I tested the door using one of the remote control units & it all seemed to be functioning well again. The cost of the repair & service was also a lot less than I expected. I normally just open & close the garage door using the remote control unit - but a couple of days later I had cause to use the overhanging switch inside the garage to open the garage door. It was then I discovered that this switch was not working to open the door - & unfortunately I had not tested it out properly when the 2 repair staff had visited a couple of days earlier. So I rang WR Engineering again & they promptly arranged another visit (still under warranty from the previous visit - so at no additional cost to me). The staff member came out at the scheduled time & it turned out to be a very quick fix & a case of opening the switch to replace the battery inside (I did not even realise the switch could be opened & that there was a battery inside). And that follow-up visit was at no cost to me. So I've been very happy with my garage door from WR Engineering & the follow up repairs & servicing that they've done for me over the years - which has really been minimal, considering the number of years I've had the garage door. It's all been a very problem-free experience.
