When our old garage door failed and fell on an exiting vehicle they very quickly responded to an out of hours call and secured the garage. As the door was beyond repair they responded with a quote and provided a damage report within a day or two. We are now waiting the installation of a new door and this is likely to be broke within a couple of weeks of quote acceptance. Call out technician, sales and office staff support has been great.
