It took 4 days for you to respond to our request to assess our failed garage door. Your mechanic was able to unjam and open the door. We discussed the problem and I asked him to arrange a quote to replace up to 3 doors. He measured them and said that I should receive a quote later that day, last Friday, or at the latest on the following Monday. I am still waiting! I asked two other suppliers for a quote this Wednesday, one came the next day, the second today. I now have two quotes, but none from you after a week. Wonder why 2 stars?
