Thought I would have to replace an old Roller door, only to find when I sent photos of the problem to WR Engineering that it could be fixed. They were quick to respond and had a serviceman out within a couple of days. Took about 15 minutes to fix the problem and made the door go up and down like new. Very happy with WR Engineering.
