We are really happy with the new doors and mentioned to the installer how impressed we were with the communication by your company. Everything was explained in detail until it came to connecting the doors to electricity. Nobody had mentioned that we would need a separate electrician and therefore none was organised. Luckily our trusted sparky, whom we have been using for years, had a cancellation that day and was able to come in the afternoon to connect the doors to power. It would have been helpful to have known that the installer is not able to do the electrical work required in advance. Thank you!
