We called WR Engineering to service our noisy garage door motor. The service technician, Matt explained that a new motor would likely be needed, and after an attempt at servicing, he convinced me, without any pressure, to get a new B&D motor, which works exceptionally well. Matt was polite, listened well and explained things clearly and was technical highly skilled. We are very satisfied with our experience.
