Dean and team, did an amazing job today. They were, polite, helpful, professional and had great diagnostic skills, solved a continual problem I have had occuring over last few months with a new motor that was installed on my garage door.
The inital installer had somehow missed putting a part onto the door as part of the inital installation, meaning the motor/door wasn't working as it should.
Now the door is working - I am a very happy customer
