We used the Wrens showroom in Lincoln and was very impressed from the start. We were greeted by a member of staff prior to meeting our designer. The designer was totally professional and we never felt any pressure from them to add more items. As soon as we placed the order then the process was very easy. We used the app all of the way through the process and was given the opportunity to make additional changes that we needed to do. For us communications is invaluable and Wrens kept us up to date using calls, emails and messages. The kitchen is now installed and we absolutely love it. Wrens exceeded our expectations and now our kitchen looks like a showroom kitchen. Thank you to everyone within Wrens who assisted to ensure we had the best experience.
