I get ignored, my emails passe3d on to different people... same question gets asked of me again and again with no resolution. Gordon (designer) was great. It ended there. I have paid in full. They sold me shelving that is unusable (will not refund) and I cannot get my kitchen finished. Thai is the worst experience I have ever had any where in the world.
