They offered us a measuring check which we declined, because we'd put our trust in Wren's "professionalism". Why send a professional to measure if you then need to send another professional to measure? Asking for a refund was declined by someone trained in a "don't listen, just stick to the script" school. Lots of glossy showrooms with smiley staff hide a ruthless, untrustworthy company that doesn't care about the customer.
