The electrical appliances supplied are not built to last nor are they fit for purpose.
They try and hide behind warranty expiration despite 2 products barely lasting 2 years. Both had manufacturing faults, not wear or consumer but nothing other than "buy another one" or "pay to fix it" are offered.
