Washing machine not plumbed in properly, incorrect pipe used,resulting in several phone calls to engineer and Wren kitchen fitter.
Hinge on washing machine integrated cupboard broken when fixing washer , probably engineer and several days and phone calls later still no new hinge so another issue with doors. Customer service is abysmal, no follow up calls, just lots of false promises telling you they understand your frustration. You definitely do not, several hours lost on phone calls, time taken off work to await deliveries and 8 weeks later still no resolution or completed kitchen, Avoid if you don't want extra stres and you prefer good service
