We were once genuinely excited about the idea and process of getting our kitchen renovated. After the initial measurements were taken and the team who came out (who were very friendly) did their part, we felt even more confident moving forward. Up until the countertops were installed, everything seemed to be going well. But that’s where the problems started. Our sink no longer fits properly, the dishwasher won’t go in as it should, and even the soap dispenser barely fits. These are basic, critical components, and now we’re stuck waiting for a solution. What’s more frustrating is that after reading other reviews, it seems Wren has a pattern of blaming customers for measurement issues. That’s incredibly disheartening, especially when we trusted the professionals to get things right the first time. If these issues are fully resolved, I may consider updating this review — but right now, this experience has left us aggravated and disappointed. This is not the kind of first impression you want to make with new customers, and I truly wish we hadn’t gone through this.
