Called to ask for additional tray for a pull out unit, and took a while to get any sense.
When someone did call they spent a long time explaining that our warranty was no longer valid even though there was nothing wrong with the kitchen and his was not a warranty claim.
It did prep me for how they would behave if we had an issue. They also would not supply and additional shelf for a base unit.
Had a Howdens account, so that was sorted in a day. I would not use them again, though the kitchen is fine
