Customer Service are poor, phones go unanswered, they cut off calls, you can be waiting for 30 mins and get cut off. Believe me you will need to contact them deliveries are incomplete, you will get numerous problems, we were without a working kitchen for 5 weeks, thankfully we paid with a Credit card and our provider got us a cash back, but now Wren are refusing to cover the Warranty.
