From the word go Hannah (basildon show room) helped us design it walked us round the show room talked us about what we wanted etc
Nothing was too small. Kept in contact with us all the time
Gave us print out of our design
Even when I changed my mind on something she was more than happy to help
Even after it was delivered we had a door missing I phoned customer care and it was with us the next day
