Absolutely shocking straight from day one.
Plan was wrong and a base unit petruded over our back door meaning if was fitted then won’t be able to open and close.
This was even highlighted in red flagging it up but because it had been signed they said have pay £416 more for a smaller unit.
Things came damaged faulty, hung wrong way and rubbish quality.
The service line are just as bad and do anything other than help.
How this company is still operating is beyond me and hope it goes bump!
