Our new Wren kitchen is very high quality and everyone involved were very professional and helpful and our new kitchen is beautiful. However, the reason I have not given them 5 stars is because of the time, trouble, countless telephone calls and several visits to the showroom in order to get a £100 refund. Considering Wren is a very large company, and we have paid thousands of pounds for our new kitchen, you would have thought they would have just paid up, but no. We did finally receive our refund but it took more than two months.
