Having now been on the fourth worktop within the warranty period and fourth different 'engineer' I am pleased to say the warranty has nearly ran out and don't have to have another wren worktop.
Customer care are really good at their job, excellent really, warranty covered as it should.
But, in my particular experience, the company NEED to have good customer service due to some material issues and the odd workmanship issues.
I believe that if we had 'stone' worktops things may have been different because Wren don't make them or understand, fit them!
This was not a 'dream kitchen' in any shape or form for us, it was a nightmare to the point of tears, especially now that I have to re decorate again for the third time!
The above is only our experience and is only brief but I believe accurate!
Unfortunately for Wren, some of my friends have followed the stories and are going elsewhere for kitchens. Sorry Wren, things could have been different!
