The service provided by Wrens was very good and the initial meetings at the showroom all went well. The manager and staff couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately once the order was placed, the service wasn't to the same standard and this was primarily caused by a disconnect between the installation team and the after sales team. Better communication between them all would have helped.
