From the moment we first entered the Chester store we were well looked after. Measurements were done promptly and we also got to meet our designer. Phil was very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. He was very patient as we discussed options and flexible around booking meetings with him.
Once ordered, our delivery arrived on the specified day and the drivers were helpful. We did not use their installation service but our fitters said nothing was missing and that the units were good quality.
Would happily use again when needed.
