My overall experience of Wren has been amazing, having heard a few bad stories I went in with trepidation but from the moment we walked into the showroom to completion of the kitchen Wren have been great. I have had to ring up a few times about a couple of issues (mostly mine, a couple of changes to the design leaving left over parts) they have been terrific. I havent had to queue when ringing, and the staff have been wonderfully helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation. I will caveat that I used my own fitters.
