From the moment we walked into the store for a browse we weren’t pestered by sales staff and were left to have a look around and took as long as we wanted. After deciding what we wanted we booked a time that suited us to sit with a kitchen planner and even then we weren’t pushed into buying immediately. We went away, had a think and then went back to make some changes. When we were told the price we laughed and were then assured that there was still discounts to be added. This was done and we laughed some more. Further discounts were added and then we started removing things that we could find elsewhere cheaper such as taps etc. This was never seen as a problem by staff. Our extension build went on for longer than we anticipated and during this time we weren’t pressured to buy immediately and just got the occasional phone call asking how things were progressing. Once the build was done we got in touch with wren to send a surveyor out to do the final measurements for fitting and then popped back into the store to finalise, pay a deposit etc. The sales rep we had originally dealt with had been promoted so our design had been passed onto someone else who queried why our kitchen was missing worktops, tap, sink and handles so after explaining how we were going to buy them separate because of the cost at wren he told us to just put them on and see if he could do us a deal which would bring it back to what we’d have spent if we’d found them elsewhere. Not only did he do this we were able to pick better quality items and had the peace of mind then that everything would come together. We opted to get our own friend to fit it at a fraction of the price wren wanted but I’m pretty sure they’d have even tried to match that if we’d asked. The kitchen was made within four weeks and delivered on a time and date that we chose. Fitted it looks even better than we could have imagined. Our friend, a joiner by trade, commented on the quality and went as far as to say it was one of the best he had ever fitted. It’s been in now for nearly four months and gets a wow by anyone that walks in and sees it for the first time. I’d definitely recommend wren to anyone. They made the whole process of buying a kitchen from start to finish really easy and without any stress
