In all honesty we have not had the most ideal experience. The sales experience we received was 5 star and had a smooth and pleasent experience worth the process of designing, surveying and delivery of our kitchen. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there.
We received the wrong filter for our extractor fan, which was quite a challenge to get resolved with wrens customer service team. Secondly they wrongly delivered items to us meant for another address and refused to collect them. After muc back and forth and pointing out that I would either have to store these items or pay someone else to collect them, and how would they feel if I come and dumped my personal belongings in their showroom and just left them there they finally agreeed to collect the items.
Following this we have had an appalling experience with their third party worktop supplier, J Rotherham who contractually are meant to deliver worktops from templating within 7-10 days. Templating was 24/09 and after recienving no communication, continually chasing them we have been given multiple delivery dates which have been changed or cancelled last minute now three times. That’s three times, making work arrnangements, scheduling removals and adjusting our current rent and move out date/situation as we are not yet in the property until the worktops are delivered.
Unfortunately and experience that started well has ended rather disappointing and because of that I wouldn’t recommend.
