We ordered a shaker style kitchen from Wren and a number of appliances. All the appliances we included in the order were price matched or better. They were able to deliver the kitchen quickly which was a pleasant surprise as we thought it would take 4-6 weeks. All faults we reported were dealt with really quickly, with no extra charges so we were very happy with the service we received from Customer Care. The only thing worth mentioning is the communication with the actual branch we ordered at could have been a bit better. I felt I had to keep chasing for a couple of changes to be made but this is minor so in all, I would recommend ordering from Wren.
