Good customer service. I had to change plans a number of times due to changes in my requirements as the plans developed. They were accomodated with no problems.
They made sure I was happy with everything and took time to explain exactly what was going where and why.
Delivery was exactly on the day they promised and everything was delivered intact and well packed.
