Had an excellent experience buying from Wren. From the moment we entered the Chester store we were well looked after. Staff were helpful and flexible with arranging appointments and happy to spend lots of time with us tweaking the design. We did not use their installation service but our fitter said the units were very good quality. We had no issues with damage or missing parts. We would happily use Wren again in future.
