I was a little apprehensive about using Wren having read some negative reviews but once I had visited the Colchester showroom and had a meeting with the designers I was very impressed. Wren have a few design features as standard which were extras with other suppliers and the quality seemed excellent. I changed my mind many times during the process but this was always dealt with patiently and with good knowledge and information. I chose the real wood Shaker units and my own fitter. The units arrived as promised and with no missing bits. I had to order extra drawer fronts due to an installation mistake and these arrived the next day with no postage costs. Wren were amazing and I am still thrilled with my Alabaster shaker kitchen. On my experience highly recommended.
