Had various problems at the beginning and during the ordering process, but was all sorted to our satisfaction Then purchased extra items as some space was found during the installation. The items arrived but I had to install the items myself. On the second order I asked for assistance in the installing of the items. But again no assistance was offered. I have had no correspondence with Wren since. I spoke with customer services who were supposed to send an email to the showroom asking them to contact me. No such luck. Still could do with some assistance with an open wall shelf unit.
