We went to Wren due to the advertised offers. But purchased from them because the units are of better quality in build, finish and fixing accessories than the rival offers. It's a well-run company with competent, very pleasant staff and with lots of communication. ?The overall the experience was without any concerns other than the packaged appliances of which we should have taken the higher priced options as those from CDA are disappointing.
