From start to finish I found Wrens staff friendly and helpful. I was always kept up to date with the process and when the delivery would arrive. On the day of delivery I was given a time slot and rang by the driver to tell me when they were half an hour away. The kitchen was delivered complete. A couple of the doors were faulty but Wren sent replacement without any hassle.
