From my appointment with the Wren designer through to the contract fitters, my experience overall has been great. Andrew, my customer care contact, called and emailed each week until my delivery came too. The delivery, however, could have been better - some units are not well wrapped and delivery man was a little “rough” with the boxes so I had three damaged pieces, but these were replaced whilst fitters were working the next week. I have been very lucky, Stuart and his fitting team (who live over an hour away) were fantastic, neat, clean and thorough. Everything works and we are delighted with the end result.
