Every point, from my appointment with the Wren designer in Oxford through to the contract fitters, has been great. Andrew, my customer care contact, called and emailed each week until my delivery came too. The delivery packaging, however, could be improved - some units are not very well wrapped and delivery man was a little “rough” with the boxes so I had three damaged pieces, but these were replaced whilst fitters were working the next week. I have been very lucky with the fitting team (who live over an hour away) they were fantastic, neat, clean and thorough. Everything works and we are delighted with the end result.
