Design to delivery was excellent. Kitchen was packaged brilliantly (kitchen fitter commented how well in comparison to others he has fitted). One small damaged item which with one phone call was replaced very quickly. I have and will continue to recommend Wren to everyone I know. Also I had 2 other leading kitchen companies give quotes, Wren beat them hands down.
