Overall we’re pleased with the quality of our kitchen. However, the service doesn’t stand up as well, as they have a call centre and assigned Project Manager that is meant to deal with your kitchen once you’ve bought it, but there is a serious lack of communication between store, project manager, and installers so dates and details go wrong repeatedly. If Wren fixed this then I would have given 5 stars.
