The planner/designer in the Orpington Store, Lily, was excellent, as was the surveyor that visited to check measurements etc. All the tradesmen sent by the kitchen fitters ECG Limited from Essex, organised by Wren were also very good. The worktops are beautiful, also organised through Wren. Altogether a good experience. Even the small couple of small problems were rectified very easily by the fitters direct with Wren.
