Planning and installation were both extremely positive experiences. We had various iterations of the plan and nothing was too much trouble. Wren designer Ian put forward some great ideas, many of which we hadn't thought of and the final design was significantly better than our initial ideas. We were pleased with installation which began and finished within the agreed timescales and we were pleased with the finish. Our Installer, Mark was very helpful and did additional work over and above that set out in the kitchen plan. We were very pleased with the final product which was finished on time and on budget. Only downside was the post installation customer service. We had a couple of minor snags that needed fixing but dealing with the Customer Service/Warranty Support team is what has turned a 5 star review into a 4 star review. Detail is beyond the scope of this review suffice to say a couple of simple snags took from May to September to resolve. Keeping things in perspective, we are extremely happy with our new kitchen and would recommend Wren but if I was to go through the process again I'd want some guarantees around snagging and response times.
