Great patience by the salesman in the Swansea Store, great advice on appliances. Delivery was on time and the delivery men took care to only walk on the cardboard I had laid over my new flooring. I would have given 5 stars except that when I queried returning an excess wall board (WRENS fault not mine) the showroom said no refund, but a quick phone call to customer services and a refund sorted out
