The design process was very thorough and we felt we were leading. David was able to turn our ideas into reality rather than pushing us into a standardised product. The delivery was on time and complete. The quality of the kitchen hasn't disappointed. The are some issues with the soft close cupboards but that is probably as a consequence of fitting rather than manufacture. One design gripe that has come to light in operation is that the splash back behind the hob is only 10cm wider than the hob consequently doesn't offer sufficient protection. The ceramic sink has picked up a couple marks which is surprising but might have been during fitting. Overall pleased with the kitchen and very pleasantly surprised by service from Wren who are clearly making significant efforts in that area and which was well beyond any of the competition.
