Showroom and design service were excellent with plenty of chance to make changes to the design and finishes etc. However, delivery day was not good. They moved our slot on the day 4 times to 8pm and we had to endure an hour of the delivery men complaining about their lives!
The quality of the units etc is very good - we're pleased with the resulting fitted kitchen. A couple of items were deliverd damaged, but Wren's after-sales customer service sent replacements free, next-day whhich was brilliant. Overall would recommend.
