After the in store experience it all went downhill from there.
Seemingly the measurement they do of your property before finalising the design means nothing, and if anything doesn't fir, it isn't their fault.
Delivering wet pieces of wood is acceptable, which is surprising to me.
Double check all packaging - don't simply rely on the tags on the outside - even though is is marked as QC, it clearly isn't. Make sure everything is the same colour.
Wren will take zero responsibility for mistakes, which is pathetic.
