Great service from the staff in the shop, the men who delivered our kitchen and the customer service team too. We had a few damages and something missing but within 5 days of speaking to them on the phone the replacement bits were with us and fitted the following Saturday (our own fitted)
The only thing I think could be better is the packaging on the kitchen as something had hardly any protection in the lorry and when delivered to us
