Good planning, patient and helpful. Delivery was as agreed and all products packaged to a vey high standard. I used my own fitter, thought the Wren fitting price was expensive. Customer service has been excellent, problem with benchtop fitting, experienced a short delay, hopefully, awaiting fitting in next few days.
