I’ve worked in the industry for 20 odd years and now retired I found them very easy to deal with No old school tactics just easy face to face exchange of views and options about a very extensive range of well built solid units make in the U.K. and fitted with high end mechanics hinges draws etc. You could pay a lot lot more and be no better off for it
