Well impressed with the service throughout. The kitchen planning in the showroom, followed by a virtual tour of our new kitchen assured us that we were making the right decision. The surveyor who visited our house checked the plan to confirm details. We were kept advised on production and delivery. The distribution centre advised us days in advance of an AM or PM delivery and confirmed the delivery the day before. We were able to track progress on line and the driver phoned about an hour before to give an ETA. After sales were brilliant. A couple of items had been damaged in transit and were replaced without problem. A first class service throughout.
