Firstly let’s remind everyone that this company sacked 700 employees at the start of the lockdown.
I did purchase a wren kitchen, this was delivered just before the lockdown and was thrown in my conservatory.
I called to asked about fitting but with very rude customer service, I have had to get local builders to fit it.
Panel colours don’t match, handles missing, sink scratched badly
Contacted Custer services head office Barton to be told I will not be getting replacements or any refund.
Dreadful company, customer service shocking!
