From the beginning, my wife and I were made to feel very welcomed by all the members of staff and we were even given a food cooling 'goody bag' containing brochures and offers. In our informal appointments, our point of contact was always accommodating to our needs in our desired kitchen design. There was always an option to change things as and when we wanted as many times as we wanted, prior to finalisation. We were never made to feel pressured into buying immediately. The fitting turned out to be exactly as planned and delivery was prompt... an even more satisfying conclusion given the circumstances and uncertainty during Covid-19 peak at the time. Very professional and outstanding in all aspects.
